Shyvana Cosplay Final Update

This is the last update until Anime North! The people going will have the first look at the final product! For now, here is my final update, which is my whole outfit without paint. There are definitely some adjustments I need to a few things. The shoulders aren’t intact yet, and I need to redo the back skirt as its on the wrong side (-_-). I have no idea how I am going to stand this cosplay. Its very hot, and things are starting to fall apart! I shouldn’t have used dollar store hot glue.

My apologies for the terrible picture quality, I dont’ have anyone to help me with the photos. I’m forced to use Photobooth in bad lighting. I’m so terrified to paint this!!!

I also have been helping a friend with his Anbu Kaskashi cosplay from Naruto. His mask turned out awesome!

Hope you’ve enjoyed the progress and learned with me during the progress. There are some things I would change If I had to do it again, but I will save that for another time. I must spend the time to finish my cosplay!

Outfit of the Day: Holy Communion

How was the long weekend? My weekend was spent working but in between work, I had the opportunity to attend my nephew’s confirmation and my niece’s first holy communion

For my niece’s holy communion, I purchased this dress from H&M which is not my normal attire but I love it! Actually, my boyfriend was the one who paid for the majority of the stuff I wore that day so, thank you m’love! Here’s my outfit:

The dress is a one piece two coloured dress (cream white and navy blue). The back of the dress was an open back concept using a gold clip at the top to clasp the neck line together. I accessorized the dress with a gold belt which my boyfriend found for me. What great fashion sense lol! And wore gold silvery coloured flats.

I wore silver jewellery. My ring is an embroidered diamond leaf shape and my earrings are a heart and key. Originally, the earrings were pendants from a necklace but I didn’t like the chain so, I just cut the chain and input hook earrings. I then accessorized with sunglasses. It’s funny. This is also an item that my boyfriend picked out for me. I really wouldn’t have gotten them had he not been there to compliment them.

For the night life, I just threw on my “leather” jacket.

Ha! You know when I think about it, the only item I bought were my earrings. My mom bought my ring and my boyfriend bought the rest. Thank you mom and boyfriend! Without you, I wouldn’t have looked so good lol.

But the real stars of the weekend were my nephew and niece!
