Under the Sea Nails

30 May

Bonjour GGG admirers,

Listening to: Champagnes for Celebrating, I’ll Have a Martini – Mayday Parade

Here’s another nail design.

What better way to show my spring spirit but to paint some beach design.

Here are the tools you’ll need. Now of course, you could use whatever colours you want. I forgot the green nail polish and clear top coat.

Prep your nails.

As the base of the nail polish, I used cyan as the water and a gold glittery colour for the sand. Allow the coats to completely dry.

I used a fine paint brush to paint the detail of the seaweed and fish. I actually left my right hand like this considering that I’m not ambidextrous lol.

Using the same paint brush, I brushed the outline of the octopus then used the regular polish brush to fill it in. After the octopus was dry, I used the pink nail pen to draw the suction cups of the tentacles and the black nail pen for the eyes. Don’t forget your top coat times 2!

Be kind, rewind.
