I believe this is referring to either a TF or Nocturne ultimate. Lines 1, 3, and 4 is talking about the limited short duration of both spells.
Line 2, 5, and 6 are talking about ganking (using skins as a trophy to celebrate a successful kill – a bit morbid but yeah lol).
Line 5 also describes the nature of both spells where you are essentially assassinating a single champion (with TF’s gold card, or the ultimate/fear combo on Nocturne)
