Umbreon and Espeon Cosplay Photos

I was gonna post my progress for my Diana stuff, but I am sick so I can’t talk over my videos -_-. It’s okay though, because I have Umbreon and Espeon cosplay photos!!! I hope you like them ^ ^. We don’t have individual ones yet, but these are the group ones of me and NinjaBunni3s.

Halloween 2012: Boss-Emily’s Costumes

Hey guys! For Halloween, I usually try to put together my own costumes to eliminate having duplicate costumes with someone else. Sometimes it helps save money too because you can reuse parts of your costume again or for regular use. Here are my costumes for this year’s Halloween:

1.  Prisoner Costume:

My prisoner’s outfit

• Geometric Black and White Dress: from Urban Outfitters
• White bandana: from Walmart
• Sheer, black thigh-high socks: from Walmart
• Prisoner Sign: printed it out myself! Can you guess what the numbers signify?
• Handcuffs: from Value Village

2.  Darth Vader Costume:

• Red Light Saber with Light: from Walmart (can shorten and lengthen)
• Darth Vader Mask: from Toys “R” Us
• Simple Black Leather Gloves
• Black Cape with Hood: homemade
• Sheer, Black Corset with Garter Belts: from Victoria’s Secret (I wore this for my prisoner’s costume as well and attached it my thigh high socks)
• Black Faux Leather leggings: from Aldo

Anime North 2011

I’ve never been to Anime North ever so i’m so excited for it this year!!! It’s happening on May 25-27 weekend which is coming up real quick! My friend made a video footage of last year’s Anime North so check it out!

Katarina Cosplay Part 1

Edit: check out part 2, part 3, and the final costume!

I will be cosplaying as Katarina in her original skin from League of Legends for Anime North 2012!

So far, I’ve worked on my swords:

Using foam board to form the base:

Then foamed for dimension:

After shaping them and her other swords:

First layer of instant paper mache:

Next step is to sand and paint! Hope they turn out nice >_<

I also got my wig, it was a lot brighter than I expected, but it should still work =)

I will probably trim the wig a bit, it’s already getting super tangled at the bottom.

That’s it for now! I bought the clothes for her outfit, but still need to do some adjustments, will update in the next cosplay post!

Past Cosplays!

Here are some cosplay pictures of Coco and I from the last 2 years of Anime North. We’ve been going to Anime North since 2006, but since then, our cosplays have improved a lot, and starting 2010 was when we could actually say we were proud of our cosplays.

For AN2010, we went as Lightning (Coco) and Serah (me)!

I think we were a little too excited over it haha. If you’re going to AN2012, be sure to look for us in one of the game rooms!

For AN2011, we decided to do something a little different. Coco and another friend created characters for the three of us, each with its own concept and style that suits our personalities.
