Happy New Year everyone!

Taipei was the last destination of my little Asia trip. We went to a hot springs in Beitou and spent around 3 days in Taipei city site seeing and eating. Lots and lots of eating.

View from our room in Beitou. We stayed at Radium Kagaya Hotel in a traditional Japanese style suite with tatami mats.

We were all given yukata to wear XD.

Our stay included a very extensive Japanese meal. This was our dinner menu, it’s in Chinese but as you can see, there were tons of courses…

After dinner we went back to the hot springs, but I decided to only soak my feet.

Then we headed off to Taipei after our mid-trip relaxation at the hot springs! Nightmarkets is a MUST at Taipei.

Tons of different kinds of food, snacks, games, and random things to buy.

Can’t leave Asia without getting my nails done…

I decided to get this gel nail set.

Leaving Taipei, we had to stop over in Tokyo, and we were lucky enough to get the Hello Kitty flight!

The plane was so cute, everything was Hello Kitty. I really wanted to take that pillow, but I already had too much stuff to carry =(. My friend took the puke bag as a souvenir though =__=.

That’s it for my Asia trip! I think my favourite part was the hot springs hotel. It was so relaxing and food was really good. We even had a butler to serve our room =O. I definitely wanna go back there again XD.

Help Pick GGG’s Halloween Costume!

Hello Followers!

I need some serious help deciding what NinjaBunni3s and I should be for Halloween. Please help us decide! If you wanted me to do a tutorial in the past now is the time to give ideas or vote for which idea you like the best XD.  I will most likely do a tutorial while I make it as well. I want to get it started as soon as possible so please help us out! Our criteria is that we’d like it to be a medium difficulty in creating. Since we plan to go to a bar or club we are trying to avoid having any prop weapons.

So far we have these ideas:

1. Sucker Punch (Ninjabunni3s: Baby Doll, CocoRocha:Sweet Pea). The only concern we have is with the blonde hair and the weapons. We are trying to avoid props all together so that we won’t have to worry about them while we party down.

2. Dark Stalkers (Ninjabunni3s: Morrigan, CocoRocha: Felicia). Since we are planning to go out with these costumes, Morrigan side wings will be smaller and Felicia will be less revealing. I am a bit worried about how she will turn out. I don’t want her to look tacky or too naked. We will probably change a bit of the portions of the costume.

3. Miku Vocaloid (Undecided who is who).

4. Alice in Wonderland (Ninjabunni3s: Queen of hearts, CocoRocha: Alice). This is our inspiration photo, from a magazine. Obviously we will have a slightly different spin on it. We are thinking tiara and tutu for the Queen of hearts?

5. Eevee Evolution  or Pokemon (Undecided who is who). We were thinking along the lines of a human version of pokemon. The idea of being  group of Eevee evolutions seems like another decent idea.

Those are our top ideas. Other ideas we had were girl versions of TF2, Portal, Guild Wars 2, Diablo 3, Power puff girls, Hello kitty, Pucca & Garu and others I can’t remember at the moment.

VOTING IS CLOSED. Dark Stalkers and Eevee Evolution has been fighting for the winning spot! We’ve decided to do the Eevee evolution anyways because we have an extra person to cosplay with us! If anyone is desperate for a dark stalkers cosplay let me know. Maybe next time we have an opportunity to cosplay as Dark Stalkers we will! Hello Kitty Car Decal

Hi everyone!

I recently purchased a Hello Kitty Decal for my car.  Many of my friends are into modding their cars and it made me want to personalize my car a bit as well.  I purchased the decal from Pacific Mall for only $4!!!  I decided to go with pink because it made it look cute and girly.  I also think pink and white go well together for a car.

So far the only things I have done to my car are tinting the windows, and now this decal.  I had my windows tinted at the dealership when I bought the car.  They have a 35% tint on them, which is the legal limit.  If I was to do it over again, I would probably go a little bit darker.

How to apply the decal:
First you want the surface to be clean.  I wiped down the window with Windex first.  I then slowly peeled off the clear sticker off the decal.  When you do this, you want your design to come off with the clear layer.  Be careful with the smaller parts like the eyes and nose.  You then place it onto the window and smooth it out.  Then peel off the clear sticker and the design should remain on the window!!  Step back and admire your new decal

The decals are removable, so you don’t need to worry about ruining your car.  I find it’s the little details that can make the difference.  I absolutely love my new addition!!

Facebook Graffiti Artwork

Hi Everyone!

I’m sure all of you have used or seen the Graffiti application on Facebook.  I have always loved art and being artistic.  I wish I had more time to devote to developing my art skills, but I’ve been super busy.

I thought Graffiti was a lot of fun when it first came out, then it slowly died down.  Recently, I was playing around with it for fun.  I borrowed my friend’s tablet to test it out.  I’ve always wanted one, but they are expensive!  I have to admit, there was a learning curve with it.  I kept pressing down in the wrong places!  You definately cannot use it to it’s full potential in Graffiti, but I did however test it out in Photoshop as well.

Below is the recent picture I drew in Graffiti to Boss-Emily.  I’ve had an obsession with mermaids since I can remember!!

Here are some other random older pictures I drew on Graffiti.  Not alot of time was spent on them.  Just fun between friends!
The first picture below (Kissing) was done with a mouse.  You can see that the lines are definately not as smooth!!  The others were drawn using a tablet.
